Become An Active Member
The Covered Bridge Art Association is a Member driven association acting with a slate of officers voted into position every other year with treasurer voted on in the opposite year. Our Association is comprised of Active Members who live in Parke County.
The Covered Bridge Art Association votes on new, active members twice in the year, during the May and November meetings.
*Prospective Active Members must live in Parke County.
*Prospective Active Members must provide at least two examples of your work for review during the meeting in May or November.
*Prospective Active Members must provide your completed membership application with 1-2 Active Members signatures on your application as your reference/referral member.
*Annual Active Membership Fees are $30 paid by December 31 the preceding year.
*Duties and responsibilities of the Art Association member include active participation in at least two association committees, to staff the daily operation of the Gallery by a number of days (5-6 days/year) determined by the Gallery Committee-or pay for a suitable replacement party, and to staff a number of shifts during extended hours of the Covered Bridge Festival.
*Monthly meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Art Gallery at 124 West Ohio Street, Rockville unless otherwise stated in the annual membership program.
